Beginning with rigorous initial campaign consultations, the HCMA team found that Dr. Turnera Croom’s unique life and work story gave lift to her drcroom.com team’s overall visibility goals.
Her team had seen success in the West Michigan area but wanted more eyes on the holistic products and virtual visits. Using our curatorial networking process and deep research methods, we found that there was an opportunity to penetrate the pro athlete market and use our storytelling strengths to connect intimately with this new audience.
A/B testing, social media strategy and customized in-person messaging prompts (and a healthy dose of virtual practice sessions) for in-person meetings with athletes positioned DrCroom.com’s practice in front of highly visible sports and entertainment figures and their audiences. HCMA’s robust research, open communication system and transparent workflow increased DrCroom.com’s social presence with an uptick in followers by 20% in desirable markets like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Detroit and more than 130,000 views to her social and sales pages. Her story was also featured in several outlets with inclusion in LAsthePlace.com coverage by Brenda Acuna and the Fall MUST HAVE GIFT GUIDE in the print version of GQ Magazine Los Angeles
The HCMA team continues to work closely, refining and managing ongoing relationships and bringing fresh opportunities with key influencers and entertainers to develop additional vehicles to share Dr. Croom’s veteran/veterinarian story with care and success.
